You can place your order directly through our website by selecting one of our set designs or submitting a request for a bespoke bouquet. For bespoke orders, we recommend getting in touch at least one week in advance.

We recommend ordering at least 2–5 days in advance for set bouquets, and 7+ days for bespoke designs to ensure availability, especially during busy periods.

Our cupcakes are freshly baked to order and best enjoyed within 2–3 days. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. On hot days, we recommend they are refrigerated and taken out of the fridge before eating.

Absolutely! While our set bouquets come as pictured, bespoke orders can be customised with your choice of colours and flavours. Just let us know your preferences when ordering.

Yes, we offer hand delivery to selected local areas on Fridays and Saturdays. You’ll be able to check if your postcode is eligible at checkout. Collection is also available on those days, aswell as others.

Our cupcakes contain gluten, dairy, eggs and may contain nuts, they are made in a kitchen where allergens are handled. We cannot guarantee they are suitable for allergy sufferers.

Yes! You can add a personal message with your order at checkout, and we’ll include it on a beautifully printed note card.

Yes – we can accommodate larger orders for events, parties, or corporate gifts. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Please email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
